This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

A. Object of Treatment

The Controller processes personal identifying data (such as first and last name, telephone number, email address – hereafter we will refer to these as “personal data” or also “data”) you have provided.

B. Purpose of treatment

Your personal information will be used:

  1. Without your express consent, as set forth in Article 6(b), (e) GDPR, for the following Service Purposes:
  • Complete contracts for the Holder’s services;
  • Fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from existing relationships with you;
  • Fulfill obligations required by law, regulation, EU legislation or an order of the Authority (such as anti-money laundering);
  • Exercise the rights of the Owner, such as the right to defense in court;
  1. Only with your specific and separate consent (art. 7 GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes:
    • To send you via e-mail, mail and/or text message and/or telephone contact, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Owner and satisfaction survey on the quality of services;
    • To send you by e-mail, mail and/or text message and/or telephone contact commercial and/or promotional communications from third parties.

C. Method of treatment

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Article 4 No. 2) GDPR and namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, limitation, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Your personal data are processed in both paper and electronic and/or automated form.

The Data Controller will process personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years after the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no longer than 2 years after data collection for the Marketing Purposes.

D. Access to data

Your data may be made accessible, for the purposes referred to in point C., to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators.

E. Disclosure of data

No data derived from the web service (data therefore navigation data specified above and cookies) is communicated or disseminated (except for communication to judicial or police bodies if necessary).

Without the need for your express consent, see Article 6 letter b) and c) GDPR, the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in point B.1 to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to all subjects to whom the communication is obligatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers.

F. Data Transfer

Personal data are stored on servers located in Ponte San Pietro, within the European Union.

G. Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to respond

The provision of data for the purposes of point B.1 is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee you the Services in point B.1.

On the other hand, the provision of data for the purposes referred to in point B.2 (marketing purposes) is optional. You may therefore decide not to provide any data or to deny, at a later date, the right to process data previously provided: in this case, you will not receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising materials related to the Services offered by the Owner. You will, however, continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in B.1.

H. Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights of access set forth in Articles 15 – 22 GDPR, namely the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, as well as the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.
